1. Replace old shoes:they are made to be replaced definitely within a year or less depending upon mileage
2. If spending more time on feet; flat supportive shoes: no heel and some arch support
3. Stick butt out with forward bending; like sitting down onto a toilet and do no let the back round over
4. Walk with body not legs; lengthen stride and get the shoulder blades (not arms) moving
5. Breathe deeply i.e. use diaphragm; it should sound deep and drawn out
6. Keep key core muscles strong; abdominals, glutes (all) , quads, top of hamstrings
7. Use good deadlift technique every day (and work it); bother to learn this (it is one of the most daily life realactivities i.e. learn how to pick heavy things up)
8. Sit tall i.e. do not slouch; sensitive structures like the discs and tailbone are safe and neutral in this position
9. Move every day i.e.uninterupted activity; our nervous system develops a rhythm and that will start to pump the muscles and softer them
10. Walk symmetrically; should sound even
